1. Overview
CC-PAON01 is a non-HART analog output module for Honeywell Experion PKS C300 DCS, counterpart to HART version CC-PAOH01. It features 16 galvanically isolated 4–20mA output channels for ordinary analog field actuators without HART function. It converts real-time control logic data from C300 controller into stable current signals for process loop regulation. Matches non-redundant CC-TAOX01 and redundant CC-TAOX11 IOTA terminal bases, supports hot-swap online replacement, equipped with G3 conformal coating, and is widely used for general process control loops without smart HART instruments in power, petrochemical and water treatment industries.
